Wouldn't stay again

I stay in Leeds for business everyweek and have done for about 7 months. I stay in apartments usually as they are better for regular travelling. These were located within a building site - with a nice balcony view of said construction. There were no knives, forks or cooking utensils although there were plates, pans and spoons so you can use the kitchen. There was no tea towel - I had to use a bath towel. The tea and coffee (and soya milk provided) made a disgusting coffee (probably the worst thing of all!). Bathroom was nice. Cleanliness wasn't great - when working out I out my hands on the floor and found hair! Gross. And the pillows were so uncomfortable. I expect a lot more when paying £100 a night really.
