"Disappointed. The apartment is adequate but could not be described as ‘deluxe’. Also, the balcony doesn’t have a ‘view’. It was all just a bit tatty - cracked tile, stained carpet, no lid on bathroom bin, no plugs in sinks (at least we couldn’t find them).The major problem was that the smoke alarm in the hallway emitted a loud beep about every 90 seconds. "So this was booked as a deluxe appt with large balcony. Turned up to find the whole building in scaffolding getting the cladding done, no access to small balcony, fridge needs defrosting, external glazing dirty and still with plastic wrapping, laundry being tied in one of the storage areas. No response from complaint. Cigarette burn on bedding"
