"Lovely room which appearedto have been recently renovated. Large room with 60" tv and nice bathroom. Great location but oarking was expensive nearby."

"Following three failed attempts to check in on arrival due to an unmanned desk, the rest of the stay was excellent, mostly down to the wonderful Sunny whom ensured our stay was comfortable and with plenty of supplies due to the weather conditions. The only downside was a faulty light in our room which constantly flashed on and off during the night which disturbed our sleep a little. We reported it twice, hoping for repair or a change of room but it was a weekend so no maintenance was available...

"The reception staff is nice & helpful; the room is clean & their housekeeping is kind & quick response while one of my family member forgot to bring the slippers; the nreakfast buffet is excellent & my kids love it! Hope we can have another trip soon"

"Rooms are quite nice, enough room for a few days for the clothes. Shower/toilet room nice size, shower was lovely. Room was very warm, no water in the room and pillows were far too soft, although there were two each. It’s about 15 minutes walk to town, which was nice. Leeds was nice place to spend the weekend."
