"Quiet rooms that have everything you need, it would be nice to have decaf tea. The bar seating is functional. Did not eat there so cannot comment.
Stayed there to watch the cricket."
"Great location and friendly staff
We had a one-night stay at The Met Hotel Leeds with two adults and two children. The family room was a great size and the hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring Leeds.
The main downside was the sofa bed, which was far too small to comfortably accommodate both a child and a teenager. It would be much more suitable for younger children or one person.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and parking was available at the hotel for an additional cost. We managed to find a space, although the car park is quite tight, particularly if you have a larger SUV.
The gym was unavailable during our stay as it was being refurbished, which was a little disappointing.
We also booked and paid extra for breakfast, but unfortunately found it fairly average and didn't feel it was worth the additional cost.
Overall, despite a few small issues, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at The Met Hotel again."
"Saleem ensured that my check-in was easy and informative. Very friendly and helpful during my recent two-day stay! Ursula was also excellent ensuring that room was cleaned in a timely manner. When I checked out and was waiting for a pick-up, which was delayed, a member of the reception staff offered me access to the executive suite to make my wait more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again."
"Woah so amazing support from the staff very friendly and well-organized all the help being provided by the staff was superb I would recommend this hotel for those who want to stay in a hotel in Leeds city Centre but want calm and peace.
I would definitely go back there someday
Thanks"
