These are clean well maintained rooms in the center of downtown Leeds. They were spacious and well appointed. It really improved the quality of my stay. I would look to stay there again where I ever to come back, or if they had a similar setup in another city.

We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits.

The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and a handy city centre location. However, rooms were uncomfortably warm with no air conditioning. There was also a lot of noise during the night from a lane that the bedroom faced onto.
