"Wonderful hotel with a great private spa area. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The breakfast was fantastic, with French pastries, freshly brewed coffee, fresh fruit, and lots of little extras. Highly recommend this place to everyone, who would like to relax in the French alps. "Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "
"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "
