Customer service was awesome! Manashane was so helpful regarding any questions about the property, the area and activities. The property was so convenient to everything you might want to do. We never had time to try the pool but it looked pretty. Our only complaint was we didn't stay longer as we loved it.

Michael was great from beginning till the end of our stay. We stayed for 3 nights with our daughter and loved the fact that she had an actual bed to sleep in, not pull out sofa so that was a big plus. We had a nice balcony, room was small but very clean and cozy with great bedding and towels. I loved that our hallway had tea corner with mugs and kettle to boil water. Breakfast was light but good with indoor and outdoor seating, wish there were more fresh fruits and veggies. Overall this hotel was cozy, nicely decorated and even had game room for kids in the basement. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Great family skiing trip in the Mont Blanc area

We are familynof four and rented two rooms. We had a great stay for 10 days. The hotel was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. The location if the hotel was convenient as it is close to busses and trains. We were skiing in different areas and used the trains and the busses the whole time.

Firstly an excellent location and highly recommended if you decide hiking and as a starting point of your day you get to the tramway or the railway station to get to any part of the valley And coming back you have got a good swimming pool a hot tub and sauna great after a long day

A Veritable Gem of a Hotel

We were travelling with a group of friends and planned to stop in Chamonix but the inn was full and any available room was ridiculously expensive so we look a little further afield and found this charming hotel with rooms at sensible rates. Easy enough to find with it's own secure car park. Check in was painless and my room was of reasonable size, spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Only a short walk from the hotel to the centre of town and it's railway station, bars and restaurants - the Italian gets my recommendation. Would definitely recommend and shall stay again in preference to Chamonix.

The hotel has a nice indoor swimming pool and sauna. When in the hotel you feel like you are in an old house but it is beautifuly renovated. The room we stayed in had a fridge, 2 burners stove, plates, silverware and cups.

The room and view were great. We asked the front desk gentleman to call us a taxi (we were staying in the hotel the following Sunday, however we arrived the Sunday prior and needed assistance hiring a taxi)and he was rude, asking why we traveled to France when we did not speak any French. I expect this type of comment in Paris, maybe, but not outside the city in a town where people frequent for hiking and skiing.

locked out in the rain

Arrived just before 10 pm in the rain. The hotel was hard to find and even harder to enter. The place was locked up. Signs outside in French only explained that guests had to call to get in. We had not phone service having just arrived from abroad and I had to walk to a local pub where a local helped us to contact the hotel. Getting in took more than an hour. Once inside, the place was comfortable.

Todo el personal fue muy atento y agradable. Queda enfrente a las estaciones de tren y del tramway Mont Blanc. La habitación que nos tocó estaba muy limpia pero no era muy cómoda. Era en el atico donde tienes que cuidarte de no pegarte en la cabeza. Hay sólo una pequeña ventana hacia el techo que no conseguimos abrir en nuestra estancia. La cama y las almohadas no eran de las más cómodas.
