I received an email with instructions how to get in the accomodation, in good time and a curtesy call to confirm that i actualy received the email which was good. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half...

"Room was nice and big. There is no staff to help with the luggage. Had to carry the luggage myself to the room which was far, at the end of a very long corridor. Food was good and cocktails too. Has beautiful pools and gardens."

"While not the most expensive or opulent hotel, we absolutely loved our stay there. The only negative is if you have a car the parking is difficult at night due to the awesome adjacent restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to help with the parking situation. Would absolutely stay again. Wonderful property and staff. Lovely
