"A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well. Mais que dire de notre arrivée...1h du matin porte fermée, pas de petit dej (qui était censé être dans le frigo)...nous sommes partis à 9h le matin et a notre retour le soir les produit frais était sur la table, donc avec le chauffage plus utilisable le lendemain. Pourquoi ne pas le mettre au frigo? mystère. Mauvaise organisation mais ça ne choque pas les propriétaire qui sont a priori a l'étranger...bref dommage et pour 200€ la nuit inacceptable. "

"Excelllent over-the-phone service prior to check-in, reliable out-of-hours access (this is gold dust having been let down badly by a competitor just around the corner before), very comfortable room. Highly recommended. Once again, having had previously awful experiences, this hotel was excellent on all the metrics which count. Thank you!"
