"A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well. "Excelllent over-the-phone service prior to check-in, reliable out-of-hours access (this is gold dust having been let down badly by a competitor just around the corner before), very comfortable room. Highly recommended. Once again, having had previously awful experiences, this hotel was excellent on all the metrics which count. Thank you!"
