Notre séjour trés agréable belles randonnées Et visites de petits villages a proximité bien agréables nous étions a la decouverte de cette region du Cantal Petit Bémol les chambres ne reflètent pas du tout les photos présentes sur internet Les chambres ne possèdent pas de prises électriques au niveau des tables de nuit tres problématique si vous avez besoin de brancher Un appareil pour l'apnée du sommeil !!!! bonne insonorisation des chambres hormis bruit des clefs (pas de carte magnétique mais clefs sérieuses). Absence de bruit d'écoulement d'eau. Sur un séjour de plusieurs jours, le ménage des chambres est fait à la demande. J'ai apprécié de ne pas avoir de passage de personnel dans ma chambre.

Mérite une seconde chance

Bon rapport qualité prix pour ce qui est du confort. Très bel emplacement et très belle vue. Petit déjeuner très bien Seule la soirée repas fut très décevante malgré tous les efforts de la serveuse; certainement un problème ponctuel en cuisine qui a provoqué pour tous les clients un service beaucoup trop long et une qualité très médiocre du plat principal du menu. A noter que la Direction a assumé en présentant ses excuses le lendemain et en faisant une réduction de 50% sur les repas pour tous ceux qui avaient diné ce soir là; ce qui laisse à penser que ce n'est pas habituel. Nous sommes donc assez confiants pour réserver à nouveau dans cet Hôtel où l'accueil fut excellent et le personnel de service a su assumer et atténuer les mécontentements.

Hôtel idéalement situé à deux pas de Salers et Aurillac. Très bon accueil, hôtel propre, chambre propre et fonctionnelle, salle de bains propre mais très vieillissante. Hôtel très calme. Excellent repas du soir et très bon petit déjeuner.
