It’s an old hotel, adequate for short stays! If you are looking for something that reminds you of the old days this is for you… it was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable. If you are a senior citizen and you need safety bars in the bathroom make sure to inquire about an appropriate room.

I love the historical aspect of the hotel. However, the physical key did not work, the room was freezing, the thermostat was no working, there were no blankets in the room, and no telephone to call thecfront desk - the sleeping experience was unbearable.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was well stocked. The hotel dates back to 1882 and you can feel the history in the building. The floors creak and the doors are heavy. There are bookshelves, paintings, old phonographs, old photographs, trivia and old mirrors all over the hotel. We would absolutely stay here again when we're in the Albuquerque area. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up.

Our stay was very nice. We stopped and spoke with the staff and they were all very friendly. Went out of their way to help us with our needs. The rooms were so big and the bathrooms were spacious. Lots of history in the hotel and we loved it. Beautiful place to stay!

Great historical hotel stay. Be aware if staying on a Sunday that the bar is closed, as well as many shops/restaurants on the plaza. You can walk to the Buffalo Hall, about .5 miles away, for good drinks and eats and history. So much history in the area. Only issue is that the pillows need upgrading.
