"We chose this apartment hotel for its proximity to the Nice-Ville train station and points of interest in Nice within walking distance. We were met at the front desk by Akhmed, our multilingual, hospitable host. The other two men who managed and supervised the hotel were clearly active in fixing problems and meeting the needs of the guests. There is an elevator. "We stayed in one of the two top floor suites and it was amazing! In the French Riviera, it is hard to find wheelchair accessible accommodation on the hill with sea view. This hotel is fully accessible and my suite even comes with a private parking spot right next to the room. All the staff are friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience!"

room conditions

"shower was slippery, we felt unsafe, the soap and lotion dispensers did not work correctly so we had to take them apart to use the product. i mentioned this to front desk but it was not corrected, perhaps because we had the do not disturb sign on the door other than that we thought the hotel was great and had a wonderful location. the staff was very helpful to us all!"

"Fantastic stay in. This lovely hotel right on the beach. We were on the 4th floor and had a Renovated room with city views - very quiet. Excellent air conditioning - best we’ve had in our whole Europe trip… a walk across the road to the beach was perfect. A very comfortable super king bed and spacious shower and bathroom. Highly recommend and would come back to this. Loved our stay in Nice "
