"The rooms were quite rundown, so much so that we asked to be moved, there were numerous problems. Our second room was reasonable. The lady in charge, Nancy at the front desk, is wonderful and she is very helpful and friendly. She wasn't there on the day we arrived, and on check-in we found her offsider rude and sulky, not even a smile. We called her down an hour or so later with a list of what was wrong in the room, but basically no response. The next day Nancy was there and everything ran...

"With a short walk to either beach or shared swimming pool there aren’t much else you’d want in a resting place like koh Lanta to ask for. There was although problems with locking the bathrooms. The hostel is close to food and stores but there’s not the best roads for a long walk to different parts of the island. All in all a good experience."

"Overall great hotel right on the beach. Great bar and pool area with good shows at night. The room was clean and comfortable. No TV in our room which was fine for us. Check in was delayed by an hour when we arrived but the staff was helpful with everything else."

"Lovely hotel with super attentive staff, nothing was a bother. Helped us with arranging motorbikes, an excursion and taxis/tuk tuks. Located super conveniently to many beach bars, restaurants, convenience stores and massage parlours. Couldn’t recommend this lovely hotel more highly and the free freshly brewed tea and coffee in the reception for guests in the morning is a great touch."
