"I initially was thinking of changing my reservation to stay beachfront (Lapaya is a short walk to the beach) and I’m so glad I didn’t. The bungalows are super cute and roomy. The bed is comfortable and everything is very clean. The staff are amazing and so warm and inviting. They were able to help me with everything I wanted to do during my stay, including renting a scooter and booking an excursion. I would definitely stay here again! "

"We stayed at this hotel 11 nights. Place itself is great, nice pool and hotel area is peaceful. Main road is in front of hotel but traffic did not bother us. There was few restaurants nearby and lots of more if you take a ride. Also couple of beaches where you can walk. Room was spacious and outdoor bathroom was nice. We could come again and recommed this hotel to all. "

"Hotel was in a great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower worked well, bed was comfy, we loved the pool. The AC dripped water which ruined some of my journal pages, and the AC was very noisy, so if they sort that it will be perfect. The best thing were the dogs, Candy and Ice cream, they were so well looked after and super friendly. We would definitely stay here again."

"Our stay at this resort was amazing. The view was gorgeous from our “corner villa”, right off the beach giving a panoramic view of the ocean. The pool was wonderful, very clear and kept clean. Breakfast had great options and a great view as well. Great value for what you pay. We also rented a scooter from the resort that was 250bht per day and worked great. "Very attentive staff on site. Strong dedicated WiFi signal for each room. Large fridge and strong A/C in the room. The resort offers mask/snorkels for free use but the glass on some were scratched so badly that it made viewing underwater very poor.     "Layana Resort is wonderful! The staff was so accommodating, friendly, and gracious. The room was large with a lovely covered balcony. The beach was beautiful and the water was so clear and warm. We used the resort shuttle to and from the airport, which was super convenient and a pleasant journey. I highly recommend Layana. It is the nicest resort on Koh Lanta."
