"The room was incredible, well air conditioned and large. The staff were top notch, so friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. The surrounding area is great, a lot of walkable dining options, and can get taxis from the front desk to areas further out. There were some monitor lizards and lots of beautiful birds out there too. The pool was very well maintained, and the beach is incredibly close, right at the back of the property. This location is so hospitable and beautiful it felt like...

"Ωραία τοποθεσία, εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό,μετριο πρωινό, χαμηλή τιμή, άνετο δωμάτιο.Το κλιματιστικό ήταν βρώμικο και ανθυγιεινό για χρήση. "Wow! Such an amazing stay but mostly because of the staff who work here. This is what really makes the experience magical! The team are the ones who made sure we had a MEMORABLE stay at Avani+ Koh Lanta, always checking in on us and seeing if there is anything we needed. The resort is VERY lucky to have such dedicated and warm people like them making sure that guests are well taken care of. Honestly, without their constant care, I do not think our stay here would have been as enjoyable as it...

"The property was on the beach but could have used beach umbrellas. They have 2 beautiful pools. One seemed for family’s with screaming children and the other infinity pool was beautiful but you couldn’t sit at it as there was no shade or even umbrellas over the chairs."

But overall the rooms are outdated, with a very strong smell of cleaning supplies. The aircondition is old and pointing directly at the bed, so we ended up with a bad throat infection the first day here (but 3rd week in Thailand). Talked to other guest who had experienced the same.
