I was overwhelmed by the amazing experience I had at this hotel. The amenities, room, and staff were top tier and the overall vibe of this resort was so peaceful, yet filled with things to do. Cleanliness was of every inch of this hotel was unmatched and the rooms were always cleaned every day. Would recommend to anyone considering staying here.

Fabulous place to stay. The staff were all fantastic, welcoming, polite and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the amenities topped up and the room was always spotless after they had been. The Spa service was excellent. All the facilities were great. The beach is very nice. We were lucky to get some nice weather in the rainy season which certainly helped the experience. Breakfast was very good with an excellent variety to choose from. We tried all the restaurants and the food was excellent.

We came here for our honeymoon and the service from all the staffs were amazing. Rooms were decorated for honeymoon, breakfast selection was top tier, and everyday we spent here seemed like heaven on earth. Amenities were top notch and aesthetically pleasing, the surrounding areas were habited by wild life and beautiful trees and plants. Rock pool was something different offered than other resorts here which we only found out upon checking in, that was something we really loved. Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much and would love to return here again one day!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hilton Burau Bay Resort. Hotel staffs are super attentive and friendly. It’s extremely healing to take a morning walk at the grand lawn and the beach. Thank you for the hospitality!

Hilton Langkawi is a beautiful hotel set in stunning surroundings, with well-maintained grounds that make for a relaxing stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well presented. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the property. Service throughout our stay was extremely slow, and the overall standard of customer care was disappointing. The staff appeared to need more training, as there was a lack of attentiveness and efficiency. With improvements to service and better staff training, this hotel has the potential to offer an outstanding guest experience to match its beautiful location.

We stayed here before their grand opening. Pros: Some of the staff were really outstanding. Shoutout to Aiman, Hanif, Aunie, Syakim and Aziz. Beautiful grounds - landscaping was really well done. The resort was built around the trees in the main garden and the grounds are kept in great condition. Mingzhu is an incredible restaurant and all props to the chef and the team. Really nice gym. Cons: No netflix on the TVs, but HDMI cables are available. Staff can sometimes take ages to fulfill requests. We called for ice and cutlery on two separate occasions and both times it took 45 mins and a reminder call to come. Small details are off - our room had some fixtures coming off the wall already, and even some cracks in the paint on the walls. Not all staff are equal - there were some staff that really acknowledged our presence and made us feel welcomed while some other staff would just walk past us without acknowledgement or care. The beach - the beach view and sunset is incredible, but the sand itself is rough and has bits of rock and shale, probably from the construction. I was playing volleyball and cut my knee pretty badly diving for the ball. For some reason the restaurants on site are disconnected from room service, so I had to go down to the restaurant itself to order food back to the room. Welcome drink is delicious but cannot be ordered to the room. !! Beware of getting rooms on the east wing facing out of the resort - the view is horrible and construction is loud.

Super new hotel set at the foot of mountainous rainforest which then backs up onto a private soft sandy beach. Isolated location with only another hotel and cable cars nearby. I walked to the langkawi cable cars (also has a few food shops and restaurants) and it took about 5mins. For everything else you will need a car/taxi. Chenang street (shopping/food) is 20 mins and costs us 20MR(£4) each way using Grab App. Location and hotel are beautiful. Hotel room, breakfast, diner and staff service were all better than we had expected. Please note, it randomly rains in langkawi. Hilton have plenty of umbrella's around the building but I would recommend packing a lightweight waterproof jacket... and yes I did carry on swimming in the rain, both in the sea and pool.

The pool for adults was too small, especially compared to the main pool. It was often infested by noisy kids. Overall, this place is best suited for young families. Those who wish to enjoy quiet and calm enviroment should go somewhere else. Food was average for my liking (mediteranian diet) - including breakfests and a few restaurants.

In één woord: FANTASTISCH! Wat een prachtig nieuw resort. Alles klopt. Prachtige ligging, luxe kamers met alle voorzieningen, aan een privé strand, 3 zwembaden, restaurants waar je heerlijk kan dineren, enorm lief en aardig personeel, mooi verlicht ‘‘s avonds en veel zitjes in het resort zijn rijkelijk aanwezig. Wij komen hier graag terug.
