"Great location, beautiful grounds with flamingos, parrots, and koi fish! Has 5 pools and all are beautiful! They give you a wristband that you wear to get in room which is helpful but they should be able to scan those for food and drinks. Also I was in a walk out room which gave us easy access to the adult pool which was nice however you cannot lock that sliding glass door and get back in unless you go all the way thru the building again, which doesn’t make any sense since we have technology to open the front door of the room. Also on the 2nd floor the ice machine sign needs to be fixed because all it says CE! Lastly we are use to going to Sandals resorts where they are all inclusive which offer a higher level of service and are less costly. However we had a relaxing 5 day vacation with beautiful weather!"
