"I was given a room on the ground floor which was set out for a disabled person as were most of the other GF rooms. I’m sorry but this was not suitable it felt like staying in an old folks home and I had booked 3 nights. When I asked for a room change I was told the hotel was fully booked, I was not happy with this as I had paid approximately £90.00 a night to stay in a hospital room. I’m not very happy and won’t return to this hotel "

"On arrival carpets are badly stained and desperately need cleaned. The silicone in the shower has black mould - it needs replaced. Strong smell of spices in the fridge - needs a thorough clean. Washing machine has strong smell of mould - despite running a cycle, the strong smell was still there. The location is good and it does have private parking. The flat has potential if they cleaned it properly. They ask for a refundable deposit and an ID to stay. Since our departure and two emails later, we are still awaiting a reply and refund of our deposit. No reason at all to withhold our deposit. Other reviews on other platforms state the same issue, please be aware of this. "
