"The only complaint was valet parking. We waited over 1 hour to get our car from the valet on wednesday morning. That was ridiculous. They should of told us why we were standing there it would be atleast an hour. Hard to believe all elderly people would wait that long for their vehicle. Had we known that we would of parked our vehicle and NOT used valet parking."
"The staff was attentive. The property was clean. I felt safe outside the property and valet/staff always had a presence in the area to make it feel safe. "
"This is the second time we stay at this hotel. We love that it is within walking distance to the 3rd Ward and many other local places. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and professional. Would recommend! "
