We love this place! It's not a fancy hotel but the rooms are nice and clean and you can't beat the pool/hot tub overlooking the lake. The beach access and fire tables are nice too if the weather is decent.

The staff was so kind and helpful with finding great places for my puppy and I to visit! The private beach access was also the best! Lots of great food spots and coffee just 2-7min walking distance!

The property and room were well maintained and clean. The room had carpet which I don’t love it felt a little old but other than that the room was nice and spacious. The pool and hot tub looking out over the lake was really wonderful. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There are several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

The motel is very charming. A little outdated but that adds to the charm of a lakeside motel in the mountains. I love how it’s walkable to many places in town. Bathroom was very small, but clean which is more important. Our favorite was the bed. The mattress was surprisingly so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved that there was a pool and beach right on the lake. We enjoyed being able to sit and enjoy the scenery. We did not like our room. It was a handicap room with a kitchen ( that we didn’t request and was right next to the street). The hot water in the shower didn’t work. We were leaving that day so didn’t have the time to go to the office and let them know. We did like the convenience of having restaurants near by. I’m not sure if we would stay there again if in the area.

Me and family had a great stay at the Crown Motel. Staff was attentive and the rooms were clean and quite spacious. Pool and hot tub overlooking the lake! Awesome location was as we were in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The location of this place was so perfect, the staff was super nice and friendly. Room was very clean, the Crown Motel is such a great place to stay, I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Kings Beach/ North Lake Tahoe to check them out and stay here.
