"Kamers zijn proper , maar eenvoudig . Cafetaria heel koel ,maar wel lekker eten Ontbijt was voldoende . Kamers werden 5 dagen niet gekuist wel elke dag propere handdoeken. "

"Good youth hostel (for what it is) but we booked the 8-bed room in the middle of a group of rowdy schoolchildren who had clearly not received enough beatings from their teachers, so they were quite loud. My family is a bit spoiled with 4-star hotels as well so I did this mainly to reset expectations. Breakfast was… underwhelming. Anyways, I recommend this if you are not expecting luxury."

"Our family of 2 adults and 2 children had the whole top floor which was clean and comfortable. We loved how the property had a lot of character and lovely old features so we expected that we would have to walk up the 3 flights of stairs. Parkplatz Aukloster was a short walk away and when we figured out how to pay for parking (we don’t speak German) with help from Johannes, it all worked out well. Johannes responded promptly to our questions and was very kind and accommodating. Thank you!"

"We stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time, everytime another room and experience. Pity that 5 persons apartment was not in main building and without bath and tea facilities. Beds were excellent, far better than regular hotels. River view is also very nice. Half board is a good add on but slightly expensive. "
