"Check out is good. Check in at 4p could be better. The bathrooms are a terrible modernist attempt with the sliding doors that are not smooth in sliding, don’t close 100%, and shower needs some redesign. There also needs to be more insulation in the walls as you can hear everything in the in the next room. Toilet is too awkward and square for a normal position squatting. There is no overheard light within the room either and the room’s window faces directly to another room’s window."

"This place is falling apart and is dangerous. Warning lights flashing on the elevator intercom system and looks completely un-maintained. The rooms and halls smell of a combination of Chlorimine, piss, and vape. My daughter with allergies began having a severe reaction and staff basically said, too bad, no refunds. We had to leave our reservation and honestly we couldn’t wait to get out of there even with our money lost. There is also a cell phone tower on the building feet from where people are sleeping. The tub and bathroom walls had holes. The AC cover was broken, the rug was filthy, not enough towels for them amount of people in the room and not extras available. Just bad all around."

"The staff here was extremely friendly and efficient. The hotel is older, yet not to the point that it's dated. The location is within 20 minutes to almost anything New Orleans related and walking distance to 24 hour eateries. Parking was easy and almost every spot is a "good spot" to get inside the hotel."
