"The hotel is in a very good location, near the Universal Parks. However, the self-parking is a nightmare if the hotel has an event. Also, the restaurant and cafeteria need better upkeep"

"The room was very spacious and clean, the staff were super helpful and the pools were very fun! The location wasn’t too far from the different Disney theme parks which was a nice perk. The only thing I didn't like is that the room had an electrical issue where the breaker kept popping therefore shutting down the entire room, their maintenance guy had to show us how to fix the switch so that every time it popped we could just do it ourselves rather than have to call through our cell and wait in the dark for someone to show up."

"Clean room. Furnishings a little outdated. Older hotel, but we'll maintained. Interaction with staff was excellent."
