"This place is amazing for families and a great place to relax and have many activities. We went to the zoo, safari park, beach, and sea world. The drive isn’t difficult. The Monday farmers market is amazing. The only down side was the WiFi and service for T-Mobile wasn’t great"

"First off, the staff there is AMAZING! From the serving staff to the gentlemen at the front door, everyone was so courteous and helpful! Beautiful property. Our room was great! Bed was a tad firm for me, but I got good rest and didn’t hear any hallway noise or traffic noise. Very clean! We didn’t gamble much, but there are so many slots to choose from. There are amoking and non-smoking areas to gamble in."

"The rooms are pretty small. They promote them as being renovated, but it looks like “property management special.” They just painted over everything that was old. I’m assuming. The bathroom smelled really bad like a leaking pipes or urine on the wall or something. Would not be staying here again. Good location though."

"This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I reserved a room for my mom and niece and asked for it to be a ground floor because my mom is disabled. I was guaranteed a ground floor room. I even went in person and paid up front for the room and the deposit the day before to ensure her room. When she went to check in they told her they only had 2nd floor rooms. My mom called me in tears (this was our wedding day as well by the way) saying they didn’t have a ground floor two bed room. They ended up putting her in a one bed and couch so my niece had to sleep on a couch. They also didn’t provide any linens for the couch. The room smelled like a male cat sprayed all over it. Just walking in you felt like you couldn’t breathe. I went in the next morning to talk to a manager and they made me wait for several minutes before they even called the manager then the manager said the best he would do is refund me $55 for the inconvenience. Meanwhile another lady came in and asked for a room change because there were roaches in her room. The other attendant said that because she didn’t come in the first 5 minutes of being in her room they couldn’t help her. The lady also tried to cancel her next night that they already paid for and they refused to refund her. This place is absolute garbage with the worst customer service. Stay as far from it as you can. I would give negative stars if I could and I’m going to try to dispute the charges with my card. They should be shut down."

"Overcrowded tiny parking lot, filthy, and loud. I had to rinse the bottoms of my feet off over and over just from walking on the dirty floor of my room. It’s run down and dingy. The people billeted above sounded like a heard of buffalo all day and night. I would not recommend to a friend. Also they had ants."
