"The property is very decent. I booked the best room they had. The problem was that housekeeping had their storage room behind my room and the doors started banging in and out by staff at around 6 am. It was very annoying."

"A/C worked. I did not get breakfast. You can tell the hotel is older & that renevations are in progress. The most important things I fell have been addresses first. 1. mattresses were new. 2. Linens were new & clean. It was obvious what still needed to be upgraded. NO BED BUGS. Which is most important. A/C worked great. Shower water could have been hotter. The water was tepid. Staff were extremely friendly. Even with booking online you still needed to check in & out at the desk. "

"Perfect place to stay for events at the Kia Center. Room was very clean and modern, lounge, coffee shop and other facilities at the hotel were nice and very convenient, hotel staff was attentive and cordial. We had a great time."

"Overall the stay was good - friendly staff, yummy food in restaurant, nice to have a pool and gym. There were a few disappointments though. First one being that we booked a king room and got downgraded to two queen room. We had to ask for a discount before they found a king room for us. Upon entering the room we found what looked like feces on the toilet paper roll holder. They cleaned it off right away. The next major disappointment was being woken up two mornings in a row before 7am to very loud banging on the ceiling above us. (Men in the gym dropping dumbells on the ground repeatedly.) It happened a second morning even after notifying front desk the first time. Last thing was the pool towels were all gone two times we visited and it took an hour for housekeeping to bring some up. "

"My stay was okay . The WiFi wasn’t working at all . Staff were ok . Customer service could be better . Didn’t feel very welcoming. The room was nice and spacey but wasn’t very clean . Floor was dirty. The lamp wasn’t working properly. AC was working well and cold . Overall could be better but whatever works best that one can afford. "

"Very pleasant experience! Great and polite staff , very comfortable room suite . We came for the concert in Kia center and hotel provided a shuttle to and from the concert, which was a great convenience and greatly appreciated!"

"Property was dirty and musty. Very run down building and small. Carpeting was stained everywhere and there was an odor throughout building. Bathroom had rust and sharp areas on trim, not safe for children. Holes in the wall and other damages to the room. Window A/C unit. Very musty. Loud with traffic. There was airplanes and loud motorcycles and cars driving by all night. Even a car accident. Breakfast was just some granola bars set out in the foyer. We will not be staying here again I will not recommend this. I am shocked at how this place is in business . Wow !"
