I had an excellent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Downtown. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is perfect and very convenient for exploring downtown Orlando. The overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Staff was courteous, room was clean. There were a lot of clicking noises from the bathroom, at times seemed like the light and door turned on randomly. The lack of parking and reliance on valets was annoying but everyone did an excellent job making the process smooth. Overall a fine experience.
