The location was excellent in the heart of Lake Bohinj territory (easy day trip to Bled from there) with so much beauty and things to explore within walking/biking distance. The hotel itself was impeccable...from the friendly and helpful wait staff, gorgeously furnished rooms, fantastic restaurant and bar with wonderful food and desserts, a great spa with excellent services to choose from, and very thoughtful and eco conscious design. "We were greeted by Barbara several hours before the official check-in and were allowed to store our lugage in the room. Our room appeared newly renovated with a really nice ambience (room 1 at the Ground Level). The kitchenette was Well equipped and the bathroom were great as Well. We ordered breakfast to be delivered next morning. And what a treat! Bled breakfast delivered a basket with loads of local specialities like yoghurt, cheese, saugases and bread - the best breakfast we have ever had....

"Vi havde nogle rigtig dejlige dage i Letna Garden - først var vi ærligt lidt skuffede over, at der var 2,5 km om til Bled søen, men stedet voksede virkelig på os, og vi endte med at være super glade for beliggenheden, der også var markant mindre turistet end ved søen. Varm anbefaling herfra!"

"Communication with the house keeper was excellent, very helpful and friendly person. He tried everything to help us and feel us comfortable. The advertisement here on expedia didn’t mention the seperated bathroom which was actually in the hallway, not inside our apartment. The bathroom for 5 people was tiny, but ok. Besides that we had a great stay. "

"Large well designed room with a gorgeous view if you're lake side. Nice bathroom with instant hot water. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were delicious, buffet for both with lots of variety. All staff with whom I interacted were very nice."

"When traveling to Europe (or abroad), as a solo female traveler I carefully check each perspective hotel to make sure that it meets my specific needs. I want to ensure that it is in a good, safe location, has excellent reviews, has a restaurant, has a place for an after dinner drink should I desire one, and is easy to get to from an airport, train, or bus terminal. I thought that the Triglov Bled hotel met these very specific criteria. Unfortunately, I was very mistaken for the following reasons: 1. If you do not have a car, it is not easy to get to the hotel. You are reliant on taxis (more about this later) which are quite expensive, given that this is a resort town. I had to wait over an hour for the hotel to call me a taxi from where the bus drops off passengers. 2. I booked my hotel many months before my actual travel date. The hotel had amazing reviews and spoke highly of its Michelin reviewed restaurant. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant in the evening as they closed it. This is a re ent change and it means you have no access to food. While the town of Bled has really dining options, you are literally forced to spend 30-40 euros round trip to get to your destination. That really starts to add up if you are staying multiple days. 3. The very cute cellar bar that was advertised was closed. They were short a bartender. 4. My room was stupid small. I don’t need a lot is space but if they put you in room 307, decline. I could go on. Pass on this hotel!"

"We were very surprised as I changed our whole Slovenia itinerary to be able to stay here based on the positive reviews. The staff here are extremely unwelcoming. We were very caught off guard with how poor the hospitality was. Lacking in even basic communication skills. We were given almost no information about the hotel or surrounding area upon check in. The hotel is beautiful and perfect location to enjoy the lake. It was just very disheartening to arrive so excited and basically be handed the key and pointed towards the room. We had no clue about amenities offered by the hotel or what was recommended for food, activities, etc. Staff were very cold and rude when asked about these things. We would not recommend to stay here unless you’ll be out of the hotel for the entirety of the day. We would not stay here if we returned back to Bohinj."
