"Communication with the house keeper was excellent, very helpful and friendly person. He tried everything to help us and feel us comfortable. The advertisement here on expedia didn’t mention the seperated bathroom which was actually in the hallway, not inside our apartment. The bathroom for 5 people was tiny, but ok. "I cannot rave enough about this place, the staff and the experience. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The hotel is nestled in a gorgeous quiet area and the staff are so warm and helpful. My kids really loved breakfast and I completely agree! We explored the area and everything near lake bled is just 10-12 minute drive away. The dinner wasn’t particularly great for us and was quite pricey but overall recommend this place 10/10."
