"The place is amazing, family facilities. Kids pool, play area, lake swim, playground restaurant, washing facilities. We didnt know the concept before we go. Renting boats and bikes around, amazing family holiday. The ONLY thing is they had a wedding party on Saturday we stayed until 2am, in the restaurant, which was next to where we stayed and it was impossible to sleep! And they didnt even warn us or tell anything beforehand. "

"The customer service at this hotel was terrible! To simplify to a couple words "They didn't give a s***". 1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. "This apartment was amazing. We arrived as a family of 4, and apartment 10 had 2 separate double bedrooms, one with it's own balcony. There was also a very large bathroom, with 2 showers, and a double sink. Fresh towels were provided during our stay. There was also a living area with soft seating, a large dining room table with 6 seats, which included a large TV, and a fully equipped kitchen area, which included an oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer and all utensils required. There was also a large balcony off the living area which had mountain views and an area to dry clothes and a table with 2 chairs. There was a reception area in the apartment large enough to keep a few suitcases, shoes, coats etc. The apartment was extremely clean and well kept. On arrival we selected a parking space and this was allocated to us for the duration of the stay. The staff we met were all very polite, helpful and attentive. The location of the apartment is great. Just a few minutes walk to the supermarket and the centre of town. Great location for visiting Bled and other lakes. Many of the adventure activities are about an hours drive away (Soca). The drive was very scenic. Lake Jansa is just a few minutes walk away and there is a crystal clear river that you can walk next to / paddle in that is a very short walk from the apartment. We would highly recommend to everyone, especially those with a family as it offered us a large and comfortable space to relax and stay."

"The staff at the reception were kind and friendly with us.Breakfast was exceptional but it opens 6:30 am to 9:30am which is fine for skiing but in the summer it could be open till 10:30 so you can have a relaxed morning. When you first enter the room it is nice and clean but they don’t clean your room when you’re out."

"Upon arrival the staff was extremely helpful and very polite. We had our dog with us and they suggested places to go with him that he would enjoy. They were spot on. The room was very clean and perfect for the 4 of us. The only suggestion is that the front entry is not great for rolling heavy suitcases into the lobby. There is a combination of half ramp half stairs that requires carrying your luggage. This is an easy thing to resolve and is honestly the only thing to find at fault with the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the area."

"Wonderful accommodation in Kranjska Gora. Beautifully furnished with everything we needed and well maintained. The spa facilities are a great bonus too. We stayed in June and the location is convenient for exploring walking/cycle routes and the lakes if you have access to a car. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting this area."
