We were very happy with our one night stay. The hotel is pleasant and clean, the staff were all helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, modern yet cosy with a good view of the mountains. Parking is free and directly in front of the hotel. WiFi is free and worked well The breakfast, which was included in the room price, is excellent with something for everyone. We opted for the buffet dinner at the hotel which was really good except there were very few main vegetarian options. We would happily stay here again!

Clean hotel in great location for easy walking access to Kranjska Gora (with shops and lots of restaurants) and Lake Jasna. Free parking. Breakfast was a lovely spread with lots of options.

Great location

Room was nice, staff were really friendly and there are plenty of facilties. The shower was cold and the heating didnt work so we asked the reception staff and they immediately corrected it. Breakfast was great and a nice selection.

Nice and cosy hotel up in the Hill

A very friendly staff and cosy stay at hotel Alpina. A perfect location up in the Hill and next to the skiing slope. The room was very clean, quite basic and quiet. We had challenge that the room was very hot even though the battery was not on. We kept the window Open a lot in the winter. It would be nice for The future if the rooms would have a water boiler. A lot of breakfast items were in small plastic wrapping. Maybe possible to change that? Overall a very Good stay! Very friendly and Service oriented reception staff.

First disappointment or the year

Started with an odor in the room that I traced to a leaky drain under the sink which then caused the towels to also stink. Then late evening the water was shut off with no warning due to renovations. Renovations then started at roughly 8 am again no communication. Meals below par. Location was great however.

Loved our stay here and can imagine coming back in the winter. The ski slopes are just by the hotel, the hotel is comfortable and pleasant, and the area is just amazing! The spa is super nice too to relax in after a day of hiking, or skiing in winter.
