"Clean and most importantly quiet, far away from the drunken louts of Los Cristianos, we even slept well over New Year. Decent breakfast and lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Staff excellent, pricey over New Year but fair. Decent pool, lots of parking nearby. Hilly area but within the resort suitable for anyone. "

I called twice to request an extra quilt or bedsheet from the room service team and once at reception, but despite staying for five nights, no one ever provided it. Additionally, it was very disappointing to find that the indoor pool is not available for children and the outdoor pool isn’t suitable for kids either. "Pleasant stay. Good thing was able to get UK TV eg BBC1 and ITV. This is very unusual. Rooms were nice with kitchen area. Was not impressed with breakfast, it was OK but missing some items. Good value. Recommended."

"Very not happy with this hotel. The people and the food are OK but the room is absolutly not like on the picture. The door on the balcony can't be locked, the bathroom is small and when there is music in the bar it's very noisy until late in the night and it's difficult to sleep. This hotel looks old and very need a renovation . SURE NOT A 4 STARS , just 2 . I really not recommanded"

"Place really needs an update as everything seems really old and worn off. Kitchen was basically falling apart and had ants. Bathroom canal was smelly and the wall around the door including the door were all bruised and chipping off. The bed was probably the best thing about the the place as it was large and we found it comfortable but the place really needs some maintenance. Breakfast was ok and we think it would have been ok to not have it included. However the staff were very kind, friendly...
