"Lovely hotel with incredible views over the sea, very nice pool, good location with restaurants etc nearby and a 15 mins walk to the main part of Puerto de la Cruz (a bit steep on the way back). Plenty of parking within 5-10 mins walk. Breakfast is good, only negative is that the lifts are quite slow. "

The walk back up can be a bit tiring, but taxis are cheap and quick if needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though a bit dated in terms of decor. Housekeeping was consistent, and I appreciated the balcony space—it really adds to the experience, especially in the evenings. The pool area was one of the highlights. It’s spacious, never felt overcrowded, and offers great views. There’s also a bar nearby, which makes it easy to relax during the day. Food was decent but not exceptional. Breakfast had a good variety, but dinners could feel repetitive after a few days. If you’re staying longer, I’d recommend exploring local restaurants in town for more variety and authentic Canarian food. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, always willing to assist with directions or general questions. Tips for future travellers: * Request a room with a sea view—it’s worth it. * Be prepared for the uphill walk back to the hotel. * Mix hotel dining with local restaurants for a better food experience. * Great base if you plan to explore northern Tenerife rather than just stay in a resort. "I think for the area, this is one of the nicer hotels. Location and parking are decent. The rooms look nice, but my husband and I found the beds to be a little uncomfortable and felt like the cleaning staff didn’t really clean the room, just changed the bedding and towels. He We only had our room cleaned once and I can tell almost immediately that the bathroom countertops had not been wiped down. You have to pay to use the safe which just feels like you are being taken advantage off. Good drinks at the bar and breakfast was good. I would definitely not recommend the buffet for dinner. "

"The rooms were clean but in need of an upgrade. Bathroom in need of upgrade - bath was very plastic feeling and shower rather feeble. The staff were excellent, they went above and beyond for us as we were celebrating a 21st Birthday while there. Had a sea view. Food choices were good although sometimes the food was lukewarm. I did notice some people microwave their food. Entertainment was good, something for everyone during the day and at night too - Entertainment team were very good Hotel is family friendly Overall had a lovely week away"
