"We had a renovated room and it was spectacular! Michael called ahead of time telling us our room was ready to check in. When we arrived Michael was waiting for us and was very friendly. Our room was spotless and beautiful. We had a view of the ocean and the balcony made that view amazing. The motel is right down the street from the marina. There's plenty of coffee shops and pubs within steps of the motel. There is laundry on site and plenty of parking in the back lot. I will definitely stay here again. Worth every penny! "

The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and well-appointed with a full kitchenette, and the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable each morning. What truly made our stay exceptional was Kayla at the front desk. Her professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail were outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Kayla genuinely made our stay the best it could be. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Chemainus."

"The staff at the hotel was great, very friendly. The room was huge and very clean. I had a great view of the ocean. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. My only complaint was that when I arrived in my room, the thermostat was set to 10 degrees cel and it was freezing cold. It took a while to warm up that first night, but this is a minor, minor thing. I plan on staying here again next time I am in the city. Thank you for a fantastic stay!"
