"So disappointing. We booked this as a mid-way break on our 16 day driving tour; 1 night in a resort with spa facilities. The pool, hot tub, saunas, and whirlpool; all closed. The bar was closed! One of 2 restaurants on site was open. One of the couples got the robe and slippers, the other couple did not. No apology, no money off. We were told we could use a nearby hotel pool; it was snowing! "No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....

    "We got upgraded to a fantastic room with a Mountain view. We used the spa a few times after hiking in the day, we also ate at the restaurant and drank at the bar. I would definitely stay again, all the people that worked there were always helpful. The spa facilities were good and pool , sauna etc were all at a nice hot temperature. The room itself was large and the cleaners were very thorough every day and great at stocking up the supplies. "
