"Room was not very clean, the shower had hair from previous guest. The phone in the room did not work, they had hang tags for do not disturb but room service was only available upon request. Towels and toilet paper we had to walk to the lobby for. The pool was closed our 4 night stay. The toilet continuously kept running. There was an alarm in the hallway that kept ringing. There was 2 bugs in our room. Expedia did justice for this place with the photos they provided."

"Recently renovated rooms, so they were nice, but it is a old property with several coats of paint... we were a little nervous until we got to the room and the door locked. The property is a Days Inn and a Ramada. Our reservation was with Ramada, but when we got there the front door mat said welcome to Days Inn, so we walked down the property (at night) looking for the Ramada Entry. End result was they use the same front desk guy (with a Days Inn shirt) to check both properties in. So a little confusing with no signage showing both at the front desk/entry. Liked the free airport shuttle service which is why we stayed at the property. However we took the 5 o'clock am shuttle and was told there would be coffee for us in the morning which there was, just no cups. Told the front desk gal who called someone to get more, but never showed up in time, so had to do without."

"I booked this hotel at one price and was charged an additional $40 . Completely unacceptable. I was awakened twice during the night with loud neighbors because you can hear everything going on outside. The hotel bed is extremely hard and rather uncomfortable- I typically like hotel beds. Overall, not an impressive hotel stay especially for the price"
