"Établissement bien situé pour tout déplacement. Vue extérieur pas très beau à voir. Établissement dont le ménage est fait tous les jours mais trop de cafards, peut-être dû à la saleté de douala. Pas de service voiture entre la résidence et l aéroport ni de taxi surtout quand vous avez un vol à 6h du matin, utiliser l application YANGO pour vos déplacements entre 23h et 7h du matin ."

"Terrible hotel. We paid $140 for a two-night stay, but we left immediately after seeing the room. The bed sheets were dirty and had blood stains on them. Although the hotel agreed to issue a refund, we have still not received our money. Very disappointing experience."

"This was the worse holiday ever! I arrived at the Hotel after 9.5 hrs flight journey, the receptionist asked me to pay before entering the room where the bill was fully paid before my arrival. Lack of communication between Expedia and the team in Africa was unbelievable.
But then I booked/Paid for a queen room: in my biggest surprise I was given a double room with a double bed and I was so mad at that point.
The room had no kettle, no water bottle no fridge and it was 27 degrees very hot for...
