"The hotel refused to accept my Hotels.com itinerary and asked me to pay again. Suggestion that Hotels.com was a scam. They didn’t even offer to call you and resolve the issues. I basically spent 30-45 minutes calling Hotels.com to ask them to call the hotel. Terrible service, terrible harassment."

Malgré mes relances je n'ai pas pu obtenir une facture globale de mon séjour car le réceptionniste, qui jouait au solitaire sur son ordinateur, a remis ça au dernier moment et évidemment l'imprimante ne marchait pas quand j'ai dû partir. On m'a demandé de payer plus chère ma chambre car la promotion dont j'ai bénéficié lors de ma réservation n'était soi disant...
