"Honestly, this isn't our usual type of hotel. We usually pick adult only 5* with a la carte restaurants but we were more than pleasantly surprised with Palais des Roses. Hotel is in a great location towards the end of the promenade overlooking the beach. Hotel itself is beautiful inside and out. It is new but is well cared for, very clean in all public areas. Our room was great - we opted for a swim up room which I would recommend if you want sun on your room all day. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower. Shower gel/shampoo replenished daily. Mini bar had water and soft drinks. Water was plentiful and replenished daily. Our soft drinks weren't replenished at all but it didn't bother us so we didn't chase it - plenty of free drinks at bars and restaurants. 2 great swimming pools and a kids slide pool. Also an indoor pool with shower area. We didn't bother with the private beach area which was just across a pedestrian promenade from the hotel. No need when the pool area had everything including pool bar and plenty of sunloungers. Beach was lovely to walk along. 4 main restaurants, all buffet but food was amazing, great variety and was slightly different every day. Our favourite was Tagine with traditional Moroccan food. Blue (fish restaurant) had to be booked but was still a buffet and great variety of fish. There were lots of couples of all ages and familes again all ages so well suited for anyone. Entertainment team were fantastic! "

"Staff and service. They booked two sightseeing tours for us and the breakfast and dinner were immaculate at the hotel. Evening entertainment was also fab. Will be going back again next year."

"Best hotel in Agadir, in our opinion! It’s our second time here, we love this hotel! Staff is extremely kind, helpful and professional. Room is spacious and clean, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is superb with many choices. Located in a quiet and calm neighborhood, perfect to reach every part of the city. SPA is wonderful, we had a relaxing massage and the hammam, very good service, amazing treatments. SPA staff is very nice and professional too, special mention to Madame Nassira, she’s a great manager, very helpful, a lovely person! Very recommended! "

"This is a stunning hotel with beautiful pool areas and a choice of 3 restaurants all of which offer excellent food. The breakfast was amazing with loads of stunning pastries and everything you could wish for. The staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back. "
