"The best part of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly, very helpful and spoke brilliant English, which was handy, as my Arabic is terrible. "Really enjoyed our stay. Overall the room was spacious and had two single beds for kids and large king bed. Bathroom was also large. Con: they had NO air conditioning! They said this was due to the age of the building. Luckily it wasn’t too warm in the evenings so we left the patio doors open. However, this was disappointing. The pool was great and lots of lounges. The buffet had many options and we enjoyed the food. Con: the service especially for breakfast was lacking. They really could have improved on this. We basically ended up clearing our own table for breakfast and getting all our own tea and coffee. This was better for lunch and dinner service. Overall, I would still return to this hotel. But I would check on A/C. "
