"The hotel was lovely. The communication with staff was difficult sometimes as 80% did not know how to speak English. There was very small ants around the outside and inside of the door to our hotel room when i made them aware they did not understand or didn't want to understand and did nothing to resolve the situation. Communication when ordering food was difficult ended up ordering double and paying more for certain items due to lack of understanding. If fluent in french then you are ok....

"First time in Agadir and first time in Morocco. Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sofitel. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The pool area is beautiful, and the hotel has its own beach area looking out onto the promenade with a sea view. The nearest shops and other restaurants are a bit or a walk but you don’t really need to leave the hotel. Souk El Had was a 50MAD taxi ride away. There was lots of options at the breakfast buffet- I’m missing the fresh bread! Would definitely...
