"I loved this hotel. Beautiful views and lobby. Convenient location. The lit torches on the entry drive was a lovely touch. The people at the front desk and the breakfast bar were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I did have issue trying to get a hold of guest services or the front desk both before and during my stay. The wifi password was not given to me upon check-in, or listed on the keycard, and despite looking through the information given to me, throughout my room, and by researching the pages where the in-room QR code linked, I could never find it. I tried calling the front desk dozens of times throughout my stay and no one ever answered. Everything else was amazing and I would definitely come back, and just make sure to ask about WIFI at check in :)"
