What you see in photos? Doesn’t even come close to how beautiful the place is. Yes, the curated style and design are absolutely stunning, but the true beauty of this place lies beyond the aesthetics - it’s in the ambiance, its energy, and above all, the people. There is a kindness here that cannot be performed. A warmth and generosity that greets you in every smile, every detail and every gesture. For 6 nights, I had the privilege of calling this place home. To leave OKU Andalusia felt almost like a comedown from ecstasy. The bittersweet ache of stepping out of a euphoric world and re-entering the mundane - this is how intoxicating the experience was. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Every single member of staff I interacted with made me feel truly seen. As if nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was handled with such grace! "Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff. My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay. "
