"We had a nice holiday but have definitely stayed in better 4 star hotels. There should definitely be a shuttle service to the marina as taxis are extortionate if you don’t have a car. The way the grounds / restaurants / bars are designed could be improved. More casual places to eat and drink during the day are needed. Disappointing we were told when booking we’d have access to la reserve and then being told on the day we didn’t. Also advised late checkout looked possible for the next day and then 12 hours later being told no!"

"A lovely hotel in a great location. Our room was excellent and we opted for the city view. The pool although small was a great space for relaxing. Breakfast was outstanding and we were extremely looked after by our lovely server Genesis. Additionally the staff were outstanding from the manageress down! We enjoyed it so much we have booked to return in October!"

"A nice location and the staff were very polite and helpful. However, I had issues with the electric, with things failing all the time. The cooker hob never worked. On two occasions I had to get replacements keys after being locked out as the keys cards failed. "

"Total relaxation in a beautiful setting. Half board option was well worth it, food was very good. Staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of sun loungers in landscaped gardens. Drinks were expensive but to be expected in a boutique style accommodation. Highly recommended."
