Advertised as having a patio, which unfortunately turned out to be a small area off the bedroom , surrounded by very high walls with many other apartment windows looked down onto it. This area was not clean . The shower head had to be hand held as would fall out of its socket when turned on. Can’t say anything about AC as the remote control did not work.
