"We loved our stay at The Hotel Higashiyama. It is a quiet escape from the crowds at Gion, but only a 15-20 minute walk from the area. The hotel staff are so sweet and helpful with calling a taxi or arranging luggage forwarding. Breakfast was excellent. 10/10 would stay again."
