"The staff was friendly and observant. The front desk called to check if we needed room service. Without us saying anything, the concierge told two customers to smoke by the porte cochere so that they would be away from us in the open air lobby. The room, restaurant, pool, lobby and gym were very clean. Breakfast had a good spread of local and western varieties. The sink stopper was stuck and the kettle leaked when we checked-in, but these got resolved efficiently. Though, Anathera provides two shuttle trips a day to the mall, it would be perfect if the hotel is within walking distance to the mall. Heavy chaotic traffic on narrow lanes with no pedestrian sidewalk does not make it conducive to walking in Bali."

"This is an excellent well priced Hotel. The staff are very friendly, my room was beautifully cleaned every day, the pool and pool bar was great for food and drinks and the spa had lovely massages and other options which were well priced. This Hotel is very well located and close to the airport. I can’t fault it in any way"

"Great place to stay Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants The only downside is that they should have an adults only pool I’m not a fan of screaming parents and yelling kids whilst on holidays There’s three pools make the one with the swim up bar adults only "

"Loved the Dynasty! Staff were all so lovely. Food was awesome. Kids swimming area was great for the little ones. We had a lagoon room which again was fab, big enough for the 4 of us. Was a little dissapointing the PlayStation didn't work in our room which we called about but no one did come to fix before we left for our second hotel. Overall I'd recommend and rate Dynasty if you want somewhere that is a little more traditional and not so westernised. "

"Nice hotel. Close to Discovery mall shopping centre. Beautiful grounds and pool area. Best breakfast. Caters for most nationalities Older rooms but spotless clean. Pleasant happy staff. Can't do enough to please you. "
