"We are a family of 3 on a month long holiday. Booked a week here. It was the only place we stayed at with cooking facilities. Good place. Only a 10 min walk to Hakata station. Got my coffee at Fuglen which was a 5 min walk. The cooking facilities at the accommodation allowed us to cook the amazing local produce. Wagyu beef, mushrooms, etc. My questions were answered promptly so communication with the hotel was easy."

"We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable. The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad. Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. "Overall clean room, great staff, and wonderful amenities such as free bottle of water everyday. Loved how we had thw option to choose the degree of room cleaning and/or clean towels. The only issue was a mold/mildew like smell in the bathtub/shower room. The drain area may need somw inspection and cleaning to remove the smell."
