Excellent staff who understood English well enough. If going to/from Disneyland on their transportation reserve your spot early or plan on using public transit. Be punctual about the checkout time.

The room was comfortable and very clean. Loved that the toilet was separate from the bathtub. The amenities room plus the free lounge were both fantastic but I wish there were more shuttle buses at night as we couldn't get on the last two scheduled buses due to all the people leaving Disney park.
