"The hotel is in the centre of Cairns explenade. The room is beautiful (level 12) Only the mattress its too soft, if someone has back issue or chronic pain, better let the staff know. For the rest 10/10 ."

"Such an amazing location in Cairns. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was great. Only complaint, and even then it didn’t affect our stay at all, was the restaurant played loud music a couple nights. But I would stay here again. "

"We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was clean and well presented with a balcony. Staff were plesent. Walkable to the beach within a few minutes. There are warning signs on the beach that there are crocodiles. NO walking on the beach and NO swiming. (No i'm not joking)"

"Lovely hotel, but a little tired in certain areas. The pool had quite a few tiles missing, but not to the detriment of a swim. The surroundings of the pool had plenty of sun lounges, but a few more umbrellas would be good. All in all a very enjoyable stay and would stay again."

"Great location, 5 minutes from esplanade and lagoon pool and dozens of resturants. Spacious modern room. Bit hi tech - took me20 minutes to find the safe and several hours to work out howto turn off the light to the tea/ fridge area! The on site food was a bit basic, I arrived keen for lunch and menue was limited and expensive but all in all a great stay."
