"A great property, centrally located in the Melbourne CBD. Very clean, well kept premises. Tram stations are nearby. Hotel staff was very helpfull. Overall a nice place to stay and absolute value for money"

"The room was quite hot and stuffy overnight, despite having the cooling on. It made it difficult to sleep. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which added to the heat. The female toilets in the restaurant were very basic and hadn't been swept properly or walls cleaned for some time. I rate it as "ok" overall as the location was central to where we wanted to go. I doubt I would stay there again. "

"Good location. Room was clean. Good staff overall. Air conditioning was good. Did not see any laundry facilities though did not need it for the short stay but will need more detail information on that in case of the future"

"Yes, unfortunately the ground floor bar was not stocked well. No port, dram or cognac. Also could have done with a stain remover wipe too - asked at reception but did have them. "
