I booked for deluxe queen , but upon check in the receptionist told me the room that i booked sold out so she downgraded me to standard twin and will refund the difference upon check out. Unfortunately, during check out the staff told me that there's no refund because room that i was given is what i booked. Room that i booked is Rm100+ compare to room that i get is Rm78+ ( expedia price-24/12/2017-25/12/2017) but the staff insist said room that i get is what i paid for . Because of the staff dont have much knowledege on their product so i avoid the argument. I hope the management aware about this matter and improve it.Thank you.

Best Hotel Near Selayang Hospital

Good place to stay if you are visiting Selayang Hospital. Just 6mins walk from the hotel to selayang Hospital. Located at 2nd floor of Capital Mall and the entrance is at the back of the Mall. Overall I was happy with the room, its clean and basic toiletries were provided. The only minus point is the room has no window. Any way ventilation was good.

Nice place for sleeping

It was difficult to find the hotel, due to a part of a shopping center and still operated in the main entrance with the old hotel name. The hotel rom was cleaned, no windows, but very pleased to sleep with no disturbances. A small things that coffe and tea pack was not available and hard to find when late arrived and check in of the hotel. Missing cups for drinking in the room . Wi fi was good .

Need to improve for soundproofing as we can hear guests talking and walking outside our room. The hotel is located at Selayang Capitol Complex and attached to 2nd floor parking. Very near to Hospital Selayang
