"Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth. 10/10 Excellent

"The pictures on the listing was what we actually got. The place was quite clean, we did found a spot that still have a lot of cookie pieces, contacted the owner and they sent cleaners ASAP to clean up the place, changed all the bedsheets as well. Owner was nice and fast in communication. Asked for late check out and approved until 12pm. The view was gorgeous from the 45th floor, had a jacuzzi out on thr balcony, however, we didn't get a chance to use it. However, one of the bathroom curtain shade is very dirty, that needs to be changed out. Other than that, everything was good. I would book here again if I go there for vacation."

"The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights."

"Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially Mark who showed us around the hotel at check in. Lovely welcome drink offered at check in also. Gym looked great but only had one night stay and didn’t use it, the pool area was lovely and relaxing. Rooms were clean and bed was huge and super comfortable. Day spa looked nice but didn’t use. The food was a bit average at the restaurant down stairs and think they could add a few cocktails to the drinks list to have round the pool. Other than that enjoyable stay."
